Spring has never felt like a time of beginning to me, rather I associate beginnings with Autumn. Nevertheless, here I stand, poised to embark on a new journey, like The Fool of Tarot, though, like any good witch I have a cat (Minou) at my feet, instead of a dog. She's not really at my feet either, but instead tries to jump up on my lap, hoping to encourage the use of my clever primate fingers to do something more useful than type on my infernal device. Something more useful like scratching her under her chin, for example.
Minou's scritches will have to wait a little longer, but not too much, the demands of cats must needs be obeyed.
